Company Policies
What We Will Do:

We will thoroughly clean your yard of pet waste, double bag and haul away.

We will disinfect tools before entering your yard.

We will make sure your gate is secure.

We will make every effort to inform you of any issues regarding your pets stool.

We will treat all pets’ and owners with kindness, respect and professionalism.
What We Can Not Do:

We cannot jump over a fence due to gate being locked or blocked.

We cannot clean up geese waste.
-
We cannot enter your yard if your pet is out and may be aggressive.
-
We cannot service your yard thoroughly with heavy leaves, high grass or debris.

We can not enter homes to get litter boxes. Litter boxes are to be left outside.

If we are unable to clean the yard or littler box for any of the above reasons you may forfeit the cleaning or we can return the following day for a $5.00 trip charge.
Billing Procedures:

Invoices are delivered by U.S. Mail or email.

All invoices are processed and sent on the 15th of the month (net 15).

A late charge of $5.00 will be added on all invoices received after the 5th.

If payment is not received by the 10th, service will be suspended until payment is received.

You may pay your invoice by check, cash or credit card.
The Legal Stuff
1. The client hereby agrees and acknowledges that they shall indeminfy and hold The Pooper Scoopers, Inc., harmless from any and all damages that might result from the services and actions provided by The Pooper Scoopers, Inc.
2.The client hereby agrees and acknowledges that they are hereby waiving, forfeiting and releasing all claims, rights, demands or causes of action that Client may currently have, or that may arise in the future and that relate to the services and actions of The Pooper Scoopers, Inc., as against The Pooper Scoopers, Inc., whether sounding in Contract, Tort or otherwise.
3. Client hereby fully and forever releases and discharges The Pooper Scoopers, Inc., their insurers, servants, employees, agents, predecessors, successors, affiliated entities, assigns, heirs, administrators and executors, from any and all claims, causes of action, administrative or board actions, or causes of action arising from or based upon the provision of services and/or actions of The Pooper Scoopers, Inc., their agents and assigns, including but not limited to, any administrative proceedings, as well as those causes of action and claims based in Tort, Contract, or otherwise, and whether for pecuniary or non pecuniary loss/disadvantage, injuries to property or person, damages or losses of any kind whatsoever stemming directly or indirectly, or from any actions arising from, or occurring as a result of the services and actions of The Pooper Scoopers, Inc., thier agents or assigns, to or on behalf of Client.
4.Client hereby agrees and acknowledges that they shall be liable for any and all attorneys fees, court costs and expenses incurred by The Pooper Scoopers, Inc., to collect upon, and/or secure any debt that is due and owing by Client to The Pooper Scoopers, Inc., including but not limited to, filing fees, preparation fees, attorneys fees, search fees, court costs, litigation fees, and any other costs or expenses reasonably related to the acts or actions of collection commenced by The Pooper Scoopers, Inc. against Client. Furthermore, Client hereby agrees and acknowledges that they shall be liable for all attorneys fees, and costs incurred by The Pooper Scoopers, Inc., to defend any action commenced by or on behalf of the Client against The Pooper Scoopers, Inc., with said fees payable despite any finding of liablity on behalf of The Pooper Scoopers, Inc.
Winter Policy
The Pooper Scoopers will continue to service your yard throughout the winter months. Doing so will keep your yard waste free and help create a healthier environment for you and your pet. We monitor the weather closely and do our best to get to your yard before any major snow fall. If there are any changes in schedules or cancellations due to inclement weather we will notify you via email. Refunds will only be made if we are unable to service your yard for two consecutive weeks. A refund of 25% of one week’s service will be applied to your account if this happens.
Here at The Pooper Scoopers we have NO contracts. You may stop and continue service as the need arises. If you have to suspend service, please note that if your pet is still continuing to use the yard, there may be an additional charge on your next visit due to the additional accumulation of waste. Please notify us 7 days prior to your service day to suspend service.
